Occasionally, there are interruptions or disruptions in email transmissions over the internet which makes your email undeliverable. This kind of delay can sometimes last for several hours or more But emails can sometimes be delayed while in transit due to heavy internet traffic or routing problems. After selecting the specific folder click OK, and the sent email will be saved to that folder. In the new wizard, you can select the folder to save the Sent Item or create a new folder to save the sent emails using the New option. Most emails are delivered within a few minutes.
